I. Conducted detailed tour of Western Maharashtra from 3-6 July, 2003 for educating the women workers on the Reservation Bill Regarding
   33.3% quota for women as demanded by the Hon'ble President, All India Congress Party, Smt. Soniaji Gandhi, M.P. & Chairperson of
   the United Progressive Alliance.

2. Actively assisted the poor fishing community of Colaba, South Mumbai, in solving their housing problems.

3. Took lead in the efforts for sorting out the drinking water problem in the hutments in Colaba, South Mumbai. Conducted door to door
    visits for understanding the problems of the hutment dwellers and gave guidance to them. Made efforts for drinking water facilities being
    made available for the villagers of Chipale Bhokarpada, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad.

4. Actively campaigned for the Congress Party candidates in the general elections to the Parliament and State Legislative Assembly by
    addressing several meeting in the rural areas of Maharashtra and Mumbai City.

5. Was nominated as the State Coordinator for Andhra Pradesh for the Tsunami Flood Relief Operation and in that capacity visited
    several flood ravaged costal areas of West Godawari Dist. From 30lh December 2004 to 2nd January 2005.

6. Organised relief work for the flood effected residents of Mumbai and at Panvel in Raigad Dist during the floods In Maharashtra in the last
    week of July 2005.

7. Extensively toured Maharashtra as an observer.

8. Every Wednesday attends the Mahila Congress Committee's office at the Gandhi Bhavan, Opp. Mantralaya Mumbai.
